A Short History of the ACEM

Need a context-setting bit of blurb here - why did the ACEM start?
Also need an image of some sort... any pictures of meetings?

1st meeting was in Sheffield, at the Novotel, in July of 1998.

This was the first time for many years, that clinical electron microscopists, mostly from the British Isles, had met together.

Sheffield, 1998

2nd meeting was in London, at the Charing Cross Hospital, in October of 1999.
This meeting was organised primarily to set ourselves up formally as the Association of Clinical Electron Microscopists.

3rd meeting was in Nottingham, at the University conference centre, in July of 2000.
This was the first meeting held as a companion meeting to The Pathological Society of Great Britain and Ireland. (Path Soc.)

4th meeting will be in Liverpool, at the Aldelphi Britannia Hotel, in July of 2001.
This meeting will also be a satellite meeting to Path Soc and the IAP.
